The Agentic Specials service, including its branding, software, design, workflows, and original platform content, is owned by Immutifi, Inc or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of our software or branding.

- your use presents security, legal, or abuse concerns
- required payments fail
- we discontinue part or all of the service
12. Disclaimer
Agentic Specials is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of Liability
