Agentic Specials offers free and paid access to our AI-powered shopping and specials discovery experience. This Billing page explains how subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds work.
1. Plans
Agentic Specials may offer one or more account types, including:

- Paid memberships with expanded access to live agent chats, personalized tracking, saved history, or premium discovery tools
Current plan details, pricing, and included features are shown at checkout or on the membership page.
2. Recurring Billing
If you subscribe to a paid plan, your membership renews automatically on the recurring billing cycle shown at checkout unless you cancel before the renewal date.
By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize Immutifi,Inc to charge your selected payment method for:
- the initial subscription term
- each renewal term
- any applicable taxes or required fees
3. Price Changes
We may change subscription prices in the future. If we do, the updated price will apply to future billing periods, not past charges, unless otherwise stated. We will provide notice when required.
4. Trials and Promotions
From time to time, we may offer:
- free trials
- introductory pricing
- promotional discounts
- limited-time access offers
Unless otherwise stated, trials or promotions convert into a paid subscription at the end of the promotional period unless canceled before renewal.
5. Cancellation

When you cancel:
- your subscription remains active through the end of the current paid period
- future renewals stop
- you do not receive access to future paid billing periods unless you resubscribe
6. Refunds
Because Agentic Specials provides digital services and access-based features, payments are generally non-refundable once billed.

- duplicate billing
- technical failure preventing access for a material period
- clearly unauthorized charges

7. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may:
- retry the charge
- suspend premium access
- downgrade the account to a free tier
- cancel the subscription if payment is not completed
